Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and CatFunTool.com ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of all mobile applications, websites, and digital services published under the CatFunTool brand ("Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any CatFunTool Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/UK), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Services.
Part 1: Account Ownership and License Terms
1.1 Account Ownership and App License
1.1.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, CatFunTool grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is granted directly to you and may not be sublicensed, sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party.
1.1.2 Non-Ownership of In-App Items
Any in-app currency, virtual goods, unlocked features, rewards, points, badges, achievements, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items") you acquire or purchase within our Services do not constitute your property. You acquire only a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Virtual Items within the specific Service for which they were acquired. CatFunTool retains all ownership rights, title, and intellectual property rights to all Virtual Items at all times. Virtual Items have no monetary value outside the Service and may not be redeemed for real currency except as explicitly stated within a specific app's terms. CatFunTool reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Virtual Item at any time without compensation, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
1.1.3 Account Security and Responsibility
Where our Services provide account functionality, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach at support@CatFunTool.com. CatFunTool will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
1.1.4 Account Recovery After Inactivity
If an account shows no activity (no login, no purchase, no data sync) for a continuous period of 180 calendar days, CatFunTool reserves the right to mark the account as inactive and to delete or archive associated account data that is not required for legal retention purposes. You will receive an in-app notification and (where an email address is on file) an email notification 30 days before any such deletion. You may reactivate your account before the deletion date by logging in. CatFunTool accepts no liability for the loss of Virtual Items or progress data in an account that has been deleted under this inactivity policy, except to the extent required by applicable consumer law.
1.1.5 Prohibited Account Activities
You agree not to: create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, referral programs, or promotions; create accounts using false identity information; use automated means to create accounts; access accounts belonging to other users; or share account credentials with others for the purpose of circumventing subscription pricing. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension without refund of any purchased items.
1.1.6 Intellectual Property
All content, software, interfaces, design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary technology within the Services are owned by or licensed to CatFunTool and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Part 2: In-App Advertising (IAA) and Rewards Policy
2.1 Advertising in Our Apps
CatFunTool apps may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks including but not limited to Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity LevelPlay/IronSource, Meta Audience Network, Vungle/Liftoff, Mintegral, InMobi, Pangle (TikTok For Business), and Digital Turbine. Advertising supports our ability to offer free or reduced-price app experiences.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the display of advertisements. Our full ad platform disclosure, data practices, and opt-out mechanisms for personalized advertising are described in our Privacy Policy.
2.2 Rewarded Advertising Policy and Fraud Prohibitions
2.2.1 Rewarded Ad Completion Requirement
Where our apps offer in-app rewards (in-app currency, premium features, extra lives, unlocks, or other benefits) in exchange for watching an advertisement ("Rewarded Ad"), the following conditions apply:
- Rewards are granted only upon full, uninterrupted completion of the entire advertised content as defined by the serving ad network. Partial views, background views, or views during which the device screen is covered do not qualify for reward.
- You must not close the app, force-quit, or navigate away during a rewarded ad to circumvent the viewing requirement.
- Rewards are credited to your account upon verified completion confirmation from the ad network. Network delays may cause brief delays in reward crediting. If a reward fails to credit after 10 minutes, contact support@CatFunTool.com.
- Daily or session limits on rewarded ad views may apply within specific apps. These limits are disclosed within the respective app.
2.2.2 Ad Fraud Definitions
The following constitute Ad Fraud under these Terms and are strictly prohibited:
- Impression Fraud: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, emulators, or any method to simulate ad impressions without genuine human exposure.
- Click Fraud: Using automated means to generate ad clicks, including click farms, scripts, or incentivized invalid clicks not originating from genuine user interest.
- Install Fraud: Using emulators, virtual machines, device farms, or fake device identifiers to artificially inflate install counts or trigger attribution events.
- Completion Fraud: Manipulating rewarded ad completion signals (e.g., through packet injection, memory modification, network proxies intercepting ad network callbacks, or SSL stripping) to receive rewards without genuine ad exposure.
- SDK Spoofing: Sending fraudulent SDK postbacks or fabricating attribution events.
- Device Spoofing: Resetting or cycling advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID reset farms), using modified OS builds that report false device identifiers, or using tools that randomize hardware identifiers to appear as multiple distinct users.
- VPN/Proxy Abuse for Ad Fraud: Using VPNs, proxies, or IP rotation services to falsify geographic data submitted to ad networks for geo-targeting purposes or to bypass regional content restrictions for advertising arbitrage.
2.2.3 Ad Fraud Detection
We use multiple layers of fraud detection including our MMP partners (AppsFlyer Protect360, Adjust Fraud Prevention, Singular Fraud Prevention), ad network internal fraud detection, and device-level behavioral analysis to identify anomalous patterns consistent with ad fraud. Detection may occur in real-time or retrospectively. Detection signals include but are not limited to: abnormal click-to-install times, abnormal session patterns, install velocity anomalies, device blacklist matches, and behavioral pattern clustering.
2.2.4 Ad Fraud Penalty System — Three-Strike Rule
Ad fraud violations are subject to the following progressive penalty system:
- In-app warning notification delivered to the offending account.
- All rewards obtained through fraudulent activity are revoked, including any items purchased or unlocked using fraudulently obtained in-app currency.
- A formal fraud notice is issued via support@CatFunTool.com (where email is on file).
- Account activity is flagged for enhanced monitoring for 30 days.
- Account is suspended for 7 calendar days. During suspension, you may not access app features, earn rewards, make purchases, or submit scores or progress.
- All rewards obtained since the Strike 1 warning are revoked.
- Any pending transactions during the suspension period may be voided at CatFunTool's discretion.
- Written notice of suspension is sent to the associated contact address.
- If a purchase refund is not legally required in your jurisdiction, no refund for the suspension period will be issued.
- Account is suspended for a minimum of 30 days.
- Upon review, if fraud is confirmed as deliberate and systematic, the account will be permanently banned.
- All Virtual Items, in-app purchases, and account data are forfeited upon permanent ban.
- Device identifiers associated with the banned account may be blocked from creating new accounts.
- Where fraud causes financial harm to CatFunTool or our advertising partners exceeding a material threshold, we reserve the right to pursue civil remedies including recovery of damages.
- Where fraud constitutes criminal activity under applicable law (e.g., computer fraud statutes, anti-fraud regulations), we reserve the right to refer the matter to law enforcement.
2.2.5 Appeals Process
If you believe an ad fraud penalty has been applied in error, you may submit an appeal to support@CatFunTool.com within 14 calendar days of the penalty notice. Your appeal must include your account identifier, the specific penalty applied, and the grounds for your appeal. We will review the appeal and provide a written decision within 14 business days. The decision on appeal is final within our internal process, without prejudice to any external legal remedies available to you under applicable law.
Part 3: In-App Purchase (IAP), Payment, Refunds, and Dispute Handling
3.1 Payment Processing
All in-app purchases, including one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions, are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store Billing (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). CatFunTool does not collect, transmit, or store your payment card information, bank credentials, or any payment authentication data. All payment transactions are governed by Apple's or Google's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Purchase prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the App Store / Google Play pricing matrix. Tax, where applicable, is calculated and added at checkout by Apple or Google per the applicable tax regulations in your jurisdiction.
3.2 Refund Policy
3.2.1 Platform Refund Channels
Refund requests for all App Store purchases must be submitted through Apple's official refund request portal at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for all Google Play purchases must be submitted through the Google Play Help Center. CatFunTool does not process refunds directly and has no ability to override platform refund decisions.
3.2.2 Circumstances for Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is primarily determined by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. The following scenarios may be considered by the platform for refund approval:
- Accidental purchase (particularly for minors with parental consent issues).
- Technical failure resulting in the purchased content not being delivered (e.g., server-side entitlement grant failure that could not be resolved by restoring purchases).
- Unauthorized purchase resulting from account breach (subject to verification).
- Statutory cooling-off period rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent local consumer laws, where digital content has not yet been consumed.
3.2.3 Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are generally not refundable: consumable in-app purchases that have been used, applied, or converted; subscription fees for periods already elapsed; purchases where the full feature set was accessible and used; and purchases by users who have violated these Terms. CatFunTool reserves the right to refuse refunds for purchases associated with accounts under fraud investigation.
3.2.4 EU/UK Statutory Withdrawal Right
EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases. However, by initiating download or immediate use of purchased digital content before the 14-day period expires, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived, to the extent permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will seek your express pre-purchase consent to this waiver through the App Store / Google Play purchase confirmation flow.
3.3 IAP Fraud Prohibitions and Penalty System
3.3.1 IAP Fraud Definitions
The following constitute IAP Fraud under these Terms and are strictly prohibited:
- Receipt Forgery: Submitting forged, modified, or replayed App Store receipts or Google Play purchase tokens to fraudulently claim entitlements.
- Chargeback Abuse: Filing false or bad-faith chargebacks with credit card providers or payment processors after receiving and using purchased content ("friendly fraud").
- Subscription Sharing: Sharing a subscription account with multiple users to circumvent per-user pricing, where prohibited by the specific app's terms.
- Free Trial Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using multiple Apple IDs or Google Accounts, or using device reset techniques to repeatedly claim free trial periods for the same subscription product.
- In-App Currency Manipulation: Using unauthorized software tools, memory editors, network packet modification, or exploiting application bugs to artificially increase in-app currency balances, unlock premium content, or remove advertisements without legitimate payment.
- Gift Card Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or illegitimately obtained App Store or Google Play gift card balances to make purchases.
- Promotional Abuse: Using promotional codes or discount offers in violation of their terms, through unauthorized redistribution, or by claiming multiple promotional offers through account creation abuse.
3.3.2 IAP Fraud Penalty System — Three-Strike Rule
- Formal written warning issued to the account.
- All features, content, or Virtual Items obtained through the fraudulent transaction are revoked.
- The account is flagged for enhanced transaction monitoring.
- We report the fraudulent activity to the relevant platform (Apple / Google) for their own enforcement action.
- Account suspended for 7 calendar days. All premium features are inaccessible during suspension.
- All fraudulently obtained entitlements from all incidents are revoked.
- Any open subscription is cancelled at our discretion, with no refund of prior paid periods.
- Device identifiers associated with the account are flagged. New accounts created from the same device identifiers within 90 days are subject to immediate review.
- Account permanently banned. All Virtual Items, progress, and entitlements are forfeited.
- All associated device identifiers and email addresses are blocklisted.
- We report confirmed chargeback fraud to Apple's/Google's platform enforcement teams and to applicable payment fraud reporting bodies.
- For chargeback fraud resulting in net losses to CatFunTool exceeding USD $100 (or equivalent), we reserve the right to pursue civil recovery under applicable consumer fraud statutes, including recovery of legal fees where permitted.
- Serial subscription fraud or receipt forgery schemes may be referred to relevant criminal enforcement authorities.
3.3.3 Dispute Resolution
For genuine disputes about IAP transactions (as distinct from fraud), contact support@CatFunTool.com with your Apple/Google transaction ID, purchase date, and description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. If we are unable to resolve your dispute directly, you retain the right to contact Apple/Google support, your payment provider, and applicable consumer protection agencies. EU/UK consumers retain access to national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies and small claims proceedings.
Part 4: Anti-Cheat and Security Protocol
4.1 Prohibited Technical Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether they are directed at gaining an advantage within the app, circumventing monetization, or any other purpose:
4.1.1 Application Reverse Engineering and Modification
- Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering any portion of our app's binary, SDK, or server-side components.
- Modifying the app binary, patching application code, or creating modified builds of any CatFunTool app.
- Injecting code, frameworks, or dylibs into our app processes (e.g., via Cydia Substrate, Frida, or equivalent tools).
- Bypassing application integrity checks, certificate pinning, or anti-tamper protections.
4.1.2 Network Traffic Manipulation
- Intercepting, inspecting, replaying, or modifying network traffic between our app and its backend services or ad network endpoints using proxies (e.g., Charles Proxy, mitmproxy, Burp Suite) or packet capture tools.
- Forging or replaying server callbacks, event postbacks, attribution signals, or API responses.
- Using VPN services to falsify geographic data for the purpose of accessing geo-restricted ad inventory, manipulating attribution data, or circumventing region-based pricing.
4.1.3 Memory Modification and Automation
- Using memory editing tools (e.g., GameGuardian, iGameGuardian, Cheat Engine equivalents) to modify in-memory game state, currency balances, timer values, or any other application data.
- Using macro tools, auto-clickers, automated scripts, bots, or any form of software automation to interact with the app in place of genuine human use.
- Using AI-driven automation, computer vision scripts, or OCR-based bots to simulate user actions or complete tasks or ad views automatically.
4.1.4 Bulk and Coordinated Abuse
- Creating, operating, or participating in bulk account creation schemes (more than 3 accounts per physical individual).
- Coordinating with other users or operating account farms to artificially inflate rankings, referral rewards, social features, or leaderboard positions.
- Participating in, facilitating, or commercially offering cheating services, cheat tools, or account boosting services for CatFunTool apps.
4.1.5 Device Spoofing
- Using jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android) devices to access unauthorized functionality. CatFunTool apps may detect jailbreak/root status and restrict functionality accordingly.
- Using emulators for any purpose that circumvents device-level restrictions. Limited emulator use for development purposes by registered developers may be permitted upon written request.
- Using tools or modified device firmware to rotate, randomize, or spoof hardware identifiers including IDFA, GAID, OAID, MAC address, device serial number, or Android ID.
4.1.6 Penalties for Anti-Cheat Violations
Depending on severity and intent, penalties for violations of this Section include:
- Minor Violations (unintentional, first offense): Warning, removal of unfairly gained advantage.
- Moderate Violations: 7–30 day account suspension, removal of all illegitimately gained content.
- Severe Violations (deliberate, repeated, or commercial cheating): Permanent account ban, device-level block, forfeiture of all purchased content without refund, and possible legal action.
We reserve the right to report confirmed security breaches or unauthorized access to relevant law enforcement authorities and to pursue civil remedies for damages caused by deliberate cheating or hacking activities.
Part 5: Content Moderation Policy
5.1 Scope and DSA Compliance
Where CatFunTool's Services include features that allow users to generate, upload, share, or transmit content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"), including usernames, profile content, reviews, comments, shared data, or any other user-submitted material, the following content moderation policy applies.
This policy is designed to comply with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), applicable national implementations, the UK Online Safety Act, and equivalent content regulation frameworks in applicable jurisdictions.
5.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited within any CatFunTool Service:
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM); content facilitating, inciting, or glorifying terrorism or violent extremism; content facilitating human trafficking, slavery, or exploitation; illegal weapons content; content violating intellectual property rights.
- Harassment and Abuse: Content designed to harass, intimidate, stalk, bully, or abuse any individual; non-consensual sharing of intimate images; systematic targeted harassment campaigns.
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
- Misinformation and Deception: Deliberate disinformation campaigns designed to deceive users for harmful purposes; fake reviews or ratings; impersonation of other users, public figures, or CatFunTool.
- Spam and Inauthentic Behavior: Automated or coordinated inauthentic activity; unsolicited bulk messaging; coordinated artificial amplification.
- Malicious Content: Content containing malware, phishing links, or designed to compromise the security of other users or systems.
- Privacy Violations: Doxxing (publishing private information about others without consent); unauthorized sharing of personal data; surveillance content.
5.3 Moderation System — AI and Human Dual Review
We implement a layered moderation approach combining automated and human review to ensure accurate, consistent, and fair content enforcement:
- Layer 1 — Automated Pre-Screening: User-generated content submitted to shared or public areas is processed through automated content classification systems that detect known-illegal content hashes (e.g., PhotoDNA for CSAM), keyword/pattern matching for high-confidence prohibited content categories, and anomaly detection for spam patterns. High-confidence violations are automatically withheld pending review.
- Layer 2 — Human Review: Content flagged by automated systems, or reported by users, is reviewed by trained human moderators. Reviewers assess context, jurisdiction-specific legal standards, and cultural nuances that automated systems may misclassify. Human review is prioritized for all content that could result in account suspension or ban.
- Accuracy Safeguards: We maintain moderator training programs, inter-rater reliability standards, and quality assurance audits to minimize false positives. Ambiguous cases are escalated to senior reviewers.
5.4 Notice and Takedown Procedure
Any user may report content they believe violates these Terms or applicable law using the in-app report mechanism (where available) or by emailing support@CatFunTool.com with:
- The specific content reported (screenshot, link, username, or other identifier).
- The specific reason for the report (category of violation).
- Your contact information for follow-up.
Review Timelines: We aim to review and respond to content reports within the following timeframes:
- CSAM or content posing imminent physical danger: Immediate escalation; reviewed within 1 hour; reported to NCMEC (US) or relevant national authority.
- Illegal content other than CSAM (per DSA Article 16): Reviewed within 24 hours of report receipt.
- Hate speech, harassment, misinformation: Reviewed within 72 hours.
- Other Terms violations: Reviewed within 7 business days.
Notice to Content Creator: Where content is removed or restricted, we will notify the content creator (where identifiable) of the action taken, the basis for the decision, and the applicable appeal procedure, except where: (a) notification would compromise a criminal investigation; (b) notification is prohibited by law; or (c) the content creator cannot be identified.
5.5 Content Moderation Appeals
If your content has been removed or your account has been penalized under this Content Moderation Policy, you may submit an appeal to support@CatFunTool.com within 30 calendar days of the moderation decision. Your appeal should include:
- Your account identifier.
- The specific content or account action you are appealing.
- Your explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
- Any evidence supporting your appeal.
We will review your appeal and provide a written decision within 14 business days. Appeals are reviewed by individuals who were not involved in the original moderation decision. If your appeal is upheld, the content will be restored and any account restrictions will be reversed.
External Redress: Without prejudice to your appeal rights under this policy, EU users have the right to seek out-of-court dispute settlement through certified dispute settlement bodies under DSA Article 21. Users in any jurisdiction retain the right to seek redress through applicable courts and regulatory authorities.
5.6 User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, share, or transmit through our Services. By submitting content, you represent that:
- You have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- The content complies with applicable law and these Terms.
You grant CatFunTool a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and process your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You retain ownership of your content. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account, except where your content has been shared with other users who may retain copies.
CatFunTool is not liable for content submitted by users. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CatFunTool and its personnel from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your submitted content or your violation of these Terms.
Part 6: General Terms and Conditions
6.1 Termination
CatFunTool reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting the app and, where applicable, by requesting account deletion via support@CatFunTool.com. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ceases and all Virtual Items and account data may be deleted subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.
6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. CATFUNTOOL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS STATUTORY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATFUNTOOL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CATFUNTOOL IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) USD $100.00. IN NO EVENT WILL CATFUNTOOL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION PROVISIONS UNDER EU LAW.
6.4 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice through in-app notification and/or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services. For EU consumers, material changes to the detriment of your rights will be communicated with the opportunity to terminate the contract before the changes take effect.
6.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you also benefit from the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of your country's consumer law that cannot be excluded by choice of law. Any disputes not resolved through the informal process or appeals described in these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bengbu, Anhui, China, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings before courts in your jurisdiction of habitual residence as a consumer.
6.6 Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any app-specific supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and CatFunTool regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
